If you would like to exchange or return a product, please contact our team via email [email protected] or on our Whatsapp number 966500171497 with the following information: (Name, address, invoice number, and reason for return/exchange) and we will be happy to assist you.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage to the product, the customer has the right to return and the customer does not bear the shipping fees provided that it is in its original condition in its original packaging and has not been used or opened, with the purchase invoice within a period not exceeding 15 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Shipping and delivery fees and exchange and return shipping costs, if any, cannot be returned.
Cash on delivery fees cannot be returned.
Return or exchange must be within 7 days of receiving the order.
Please note that if the product value is returned via bank transfer, this procedure may take up to 10 working days.
The exchange and return process takes between 15 - 30 days for the entire process.
When requesting a partial refund of the invoice, the invoice will be recalculated, noting that if the value of the new invoice is less than 399 riyals, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount for not meeting the free shipping conditions.
In the event of a request for a return or exchange due to an error in the order by the customer, the customer will bear the delivery fees (27 riyals) and the delivery of the product to the shipping company.
The customer has the right to exchange once for each order, and if the exchange is made, the customer is not entitled to request a return for the same order.
The customer bears any shipping fees if the reason for the exchange or return is without damage or manufacturing defect.
The following items are excluded from the exchange / return policy:
1- Pillows.
2- Towels and bathrobes.
After contacting us and agreeing on the exchange or return, you will be provided with a shipping policy (please print the policy and deliver it to the nearest branch of the shipping company).
After we receive the product from the shipping company and ensure its safety, the requested products will be shipped in the event of a replacement, or the required amount will be returned in the event of a return.
